Winter Weekly Rentals Available

Winter (Sept 2022-June 1st,2023) Weekly Rental , Dog Friendly. Limited Availability. Weekly contract required and valid Drivers License. Located in Hampton, North Beach, steps away from the ocean, at Plaice Cove.
Starting @ $350 per week , dependent upon room(s) needed 1 or 2 beds $375(3 people maximum). Dog is $25.00.
Security Deposit $350.00 is required , cash only and first weeks rent $350.00 required to move in. You must provide all bedding (i.e, sheets, pillows and towels). Rooms are furnished, utilities included (Basic cable, WiFi, Heat, AC, Electric and Hot Water). All Rooms include mini-refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom/shower.
Second Floor Rooms w/Balcony and with gorgeous views of the ocean. Monthly walk- throughs by the Office Manager will take place to ensure the rooms are clean. Dog must be leached at all times and removed during Housekeeping hours.
1 Car assigned On-Site Parking. Additional vehicle is $25.00 per week if space is available. Please call the office to make an appointment to view the rooms.

Easy access to Routes 95, 101 for commuting to Boston, Manchester, Concord, and all Maine points.

We also provide, a small pet area, gas grills, and a gazebo (the smoking area).
