General Information:
At least one car parking is provided.
Coin operated washer and dryer are in the basement for the main building.
Front and rear doors lock with security camera on premises.
Landlord/owner is accessible 24 hours a day.
Security Deposit of one month is required.
Combined Household Income must be over 2600 per month.
30 day inspection after move in.
Application Requirements: Good credit, landlord references, criminal background check, and income qualification are required.
Step One: See unit & complete application with previous landlord information/income.
Step Two: Potential renters are moved to this phase after checking landlord reference and verified income is adequate for at least half the rent and is viable with living costs considered.
Information on the application is verified through a third party and a report is requested to check credit, criminal and landlord verifications.
Copies of your license, income statements and/or SS# are required to verify identity and income.
Less than perfect credit does not necessarily mean “no”, we may make exceptions to poor credit at our discretion.
The application is evaluated by all the above. If you are accepted, a non-refundable deposit is taken within 3 days to reserve the unit and a move in date set.
Conditions of Tenancy:
One month’s security deposit is required.
Rental is a one year lease, converting to a tenant at will after the year.
All tenants are required to sign a Lease and abide by all rules.
Rent is due on the 1st and is pro-rated at move in.
Upon move-in, a walk through and unit inspection is completed with pictures.
Tenants that violate any provision of the rental agreement are subject to eviction.
