The Pagewood Oval Apartments consist of five buildings with 6 units each. Situated in a quiet country setting at 6 Page Road in Litchfield, the property is located off of Rt. 102 on the Hudson/Litchfield town line.

Two bedroom garden style apartments include 1 bath, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, all appliances, A/C, storage shed and on-site coin-op laundry facilities on the lower level of each building. Tenants pay heat and electricity. Dogs are not allowed.
Application fee is $40 per adult. One year lease, security deposit and first month rent required.
Must have good credit history and monthly take-home income of $4,600+ to qualify.
