DNA testing required for all pets (including ESA and support animals) Registration is Required before pet may live on the premises. If the animals are in cages or tanks at all times, then no pet rent/deposit is required. If the animals are caged, but will be roaming around the apartment, then we should have the same pet rent/deposit as with a cat or dog. We do not allow bunnies, or ferrets unless ESA or support animal. Income Requirements: Three times the rental amount.
