If a permit parking space is not available, you're welcome to park free at any nearby meter between 7 PM and 8 AM Monday through Saturday, and all day on Sunday.
You may not need a car to live here. The location is across the street from St. Louis University. It's an easy walk to two supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee houses, entertainment, City Foundry, IKEA, and all the amenities of a great urban center. Public transit is easily accessible, offering direct access to Metrolink.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
Please note that there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
