Our criteria:
- must make at least 3x rent
- must have at least six months of verifiable employment with same employer
- must not owe any money to previous or current landlord
- must not have any evictions or landlord disputes on record. This includes pending evictions/disputes
- must not have three or more delinquent notices for nonpayment of rent within a six-month period
- no felony charges or felony convictions
- no violent, sex, and/or drug related misdemeanors
