Large 2 bedroom, 1+1/2 bath apartment.
I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment starting around the end of December (15th-30th).
It is very nice, large, and quiet. Amenities include: central AC, W/D hookups, and 2 parking spots. The leasing office does allow pets with a small monthly fee (I believe $40-50 per month). It is about a 10 minute drive to campus and 15-20 minute bike ride. The bike trail runs right next to apartment complex and there is a bus stop at the entrance as well. Since there is no W/D, I go to the laundromat around the corner which is a 2 minute drive at most. Neighbors are great and quiet. Really, I think it is one of the best places to rent in Starkville.

I did not photograph the second bedroom or full bath, but the two bedrooms are large with 2 large closets in each. The bathroom also has a tub and is good sized.
