Taking new applications for One-Bedroom/One Bath Apartments in a quiet, small apartment complex near downtown. Applicants whose gross monthly income is between $1725-$1970 gross will be considered for our affordable housing program with rent of $550 - $575. We have 3 apartments available on this program now, and if these become filled, you may request to be on a waiting list. Apartments are unfurnished. Refundable Deposit $350. Tenant must arrange for electric power through Mississippi Power. Laundry on site; No smoking/no vaping. Rules and regulations apply. Free application process includes tenant proof of employment/income, ID, rental references, etc. Established and consistent income from employment, SS, SSI, retirement, self-employment must be verifiable. This is not a rental assistance, Section 8, or voucher acceptance program. Asset limits apply.

Serious applicants for affordable house and unrestricted units may come to rental office at 634 Water Street, Biloxi (first building on the right) to fill in application and to view an apartment. . Hours: 9am to 5pm weekdays. Masks are required in small office and while viewing.
