If you are interested in moving forward, please consider having the following in place to meet the rental qualifications:
- Your monthly net/gross salary should be approximately 3 times the price of rent
- We run a full background and credit check on each person. The fee to apply and process your screening is $45
- The property owner does not allow smoking inside or large breed animals
- All approved applicants must provide proof of income and two forms of identification to be eligible to move forward before signing a lease agreement
- The deposit for this property is $750.00
