Could be left furnished if you'd like with a small futon, desk with ladder shelf, stand alone ladder bookshelf, shelf lamp, queen mattress less than a year old with mattress protector from day one, and metal platform bed frame allowing for underneath storage. Can also leave dishes if desired.
