Available Feb 1st -- 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment with Garage
Looking for someone to take over my Ridge45 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lease with a garage for $1725 a month, which includes internet. Timeline for takeover is flexible anytime after Feb 1.
The apartment is great - I have been here just a year and am moving because I bought a house. It's a ground floor unit that is ADA accessible. Very quiet - I have outstanding neighbors who are mostly single women ranging in age from 30s to 60s. It's a great building - people watch eachothers' pets and hold packages when someone isn't home. I moved here a year ago new to Traverse City and love the friends I have made in the building.
You'll see some mixed reviews of Ridge45 on the internet. I personally have had a very positive experience and can say you get what you pay for. There is outdoor hot tub, workout room, and the complex is extremely dog friendly with even a dog walking park.
My apartment has been pet free the entire time. The bedrooms and walk in closet on the master are carpeted. The rest of unit is engineered wood, great for cleaning. Laundry machines are new and in unit. The kitchen is huge with an island counter top. You have a small back patio that walks out into a shielded green space. The apartment would be comfortable for 2-3 people to live here, and did I mention it comes with a garage for 1+ cars (car+ storage space). Utility bill is under $100 a month, usually about $35 in summer and I work remotely on the included internet it's really solid.
To take over the lease, it will be $500 + an application fee and credit check ($50). They do need proof of 3x rent income (in this case, $5175 and a credit score of at least 660. I am willing to split the $500 take over fee or potentially pay more of it for a sooner move it. There's also a $500 security deposit we will need to transfer when I leave you the apartment in great shape :)
