Located in what MassLive calls a “Destination City” is this renovated, 1 bedroom, 2nd floor, unfurnished, non-smoking apartment. The apartment features hardwood flooring, gas heat, central air, off-street parking, and a walk-in closet.
Are you a hiker, biker, foodie, or art lover? This apartment is located within walking distance of downtown restaurants, art studios, and the bike path. It is also conveniently located within minutes of Mt.Tom, I-90 and I-91, Northampton, UMASS Amherst, and Springfield.
Rent is $1,200 per month. First months' rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent required at move in (total $2,400). Initial 12 month lease; renewing on a month-to-month basis (after 12 months).
We provide trash removal, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and water/sewer. Tenant(s) will pay for heat, electric, cable, internet, and phone.
Pets are not allowed; except for certified service animals and certified emotional support animals. Washing machines are also not allowed. Although there are no onsite washer/dryer hookups, there are several laundry mats in Easthampton; with the nearest laundry mat located within walking distance of the apartment.
Please also note that the bathroom has a shower stall; it does not have a bathtub.
Due to COVID-19, we are not currently showing the apartment. In lieu of the showings, we are emailing/texting a virtual tour of the apartment to prospective tenants. Interested applicant(s) will then need to complete an application. Applicant(s) will also be subject to background and income verification checks. Please note that the background check includes credit, eviction, and criminal searches. Each applicant will have to pay for the background check (currently $29.95).
Also, please be advised that we will never ask that rental funds be wired (e.g. Western Union).
