The Plymouth Redevelopment Authority will be accepting applications between Monday, December 19, 2022 and Friday, February 17, 2023 for an affordable housing lottery on five new affordable apartments at Redbrook in Plymouth, MA. Income and asset limits will apply. Applications are available in the Planning and Development Office at Plymouth Town Hall, at the Plymouth Town Clerk’s Office, at the Plymouth Public Library, and online at plymouthredevelopment.org.
ONE – 2 Bedroom Accessible Apartment $2,270/month
TWO – 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment $2,270/month
TWO – One Bedroom, One Bathroom Apartment $1,895/month
The Apartments at Redbrook are a new addition to the Redbrook community that are strategically located minutes from Route 3, at Exit 7. The community is just 50 miles south of Boston and nine miles from the Cape Cod Canal and Sagamore Bridge.
These affordable apartments have an open concept floor plan, granite countertops, a kitchen island, and washer/dryer. The apartments are heated by natural gas hot air. Hot water is also by natural gas.
Stainless steel kitchen appliances include oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Floor coverings are a mix of carpet, wood, and tile.
To be eligible for the lottery, households must make under 80% of the median income as follows:
