Note: pictures don't include all rooms! We are finishing up a full remodel, so for now there are only photos of the main areas (dining/living area and bedroom), which are almost finished. However, we are showing now as we continue to work on it and later we'll post an updated set of pictures including the other rooms (kitchen and bathroom), unless we reach a deal with someone before then.
This apartment is the second floor of a three-floor building (I am the onsite manager and live right next door in my attached house). We're located near the top of Petticoat Hill Rd, which is a semi-rural street right off the center of town in Williamsburg. The house is set way back from the road (1/8 mile) and you can't see our neighbors from the house, yet it's a 2 minute drive to the center of Williamsburg and a 20 minute drive to Northampton.
The unit consists of an open living/dining area with lots of sunlight; small kitchen; bedroom with closet and linen closet; and bathroom. There's a large built-in shelving unit on one wall of the living/dining area.
The unit has a dedicated deck with a great view overlooking the mountains of the Pioneer Valley. The deck is also under renovations and is not likely be ready by move-in time, but we'll have it set by the end of December.
All hardwood flooring except kitchen and bathroom.
All utilities included! High-speed wifi; cable with premium channels; propane heat with a very powerful heater (can heat the whole place in minutes). We also provide snow removal and trash removal. No onsite laundry; the nearest laundromat is 15 minutes away in Florence.
Great hiking opportunitiesmany trails within a few minutes' drive and some within walking distance.

Our 1/8 mile long, gravel/dirt driveway is tough in the winter and Petticoat Hill is steep, so you'll definitely need a good vehicle and snow tires.
Rent is $1650/mo. First and last month's rent up front (no security deposit). We are aiming to have the place rented for December 15 or January 1.
