Traveling Healthcare Workers Welcomed!
My wife works in the Healthcare field and when our area started bringing in travel nurses, we found out how difficult it was for them to find a place to stay outside of a hotel room!
We have opened up our rental to specially serve traveling healthcare workers or extended stay guests.
4 units available. (One currently occupied for an extended period. One Unit will be available October 23rd, another unit will be available November 2nd and the 4th unit is currently being renovated!)
Located in Cumberland, Maryland about 4 miles from UPMC (less than a 5 minute drive!)
Completely renovated, peaceful and clean.
Other travel nurses occupy the other units, so the complex is very quiet.
Each apartment has one bed (king or queen depending on unit), and one full bath. Full kitchen with dining table.
Laundry room with washer and dryer on premises.
One rental has off street parking while the others are free on street parking right in front of the apartment.
WiFi included.
$55/day per month agreements. Rent is due on the 1st every month.
Posted on other sites and will serve on a first come, first serve basis. I can send pictures, but will not send an address until first month payment is excepted. Payment is done through venmo, paypal, or cashapp.
There is a nonrefundable deposit of $400 to hold the unit and cover professional cleaning of the area after your stay.
