All walls, woodwork, ceilings, and floors have been well maintained. Landlord is conscientious about making this building a safe place to live. Apartment is meticulously cleaned before tenancy begins.

PROPERTY TYPE: Apartment, corner location, There is a washer/dryer hook-up in the unit for an additional $20/ mo. surcharge. This is a smoke-free building. FIRE PROTECTION: Sprinkler system throughout with main building fire alarm and individual Smoke/CO detector in apartment. TENANT POLICY: Guidelines for tenancy is spelled out in a OME handbook. Good neighbor and pet policies are clearly defined. No firearm storage or visiting pets allowed on the property. Maximum overnight stay for all guests is 14-days total per year. No applicant with a criminal record will be accepted. All applicants are required to submit a brief renter's profile and are carefully screened for community compatibility. PET POLICY: (1) Cat only. No dogs, aquarium pets, rodents, or birds. Pet policy is strictly enforced. Minimum one-year lease agreement. Pet deposit req'd: $300 with $100 non-refundable at end of tenancy.
