Two of the bedrooms on the third floor are currently set up with kid's beds but the rooms could be converted into additional living space/offices. The other three bedrooms feature new king and queen sized mattresses.
The unit is a spacious 2300 sq feet with hardwood flooring, south facing windows and great light, on a quiet residential street walking distance to both CMMC + St. Mary's hospitals and Bates College.
Furnished amenities include: desks and dressers, two wall-hung televisions, claw-foot shower and tub, a second walk in shower, upgraded washer and dryer, driveway with room for five cars/boat, air-conditioning, and backyard with grill and cedar privacy fence.
We have owned and lived in this duplex building since 2018 and in the neighborhood since 2015. This is our personal apartment which we will be vacating for the summer months only. We are also pet friendly, though exceptions apply.
