And only a few blocks away from grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and I-35! We have 2 POOLS, laundry on site, 24/7 on-call maintenance, and off the street parking!

TO APPLY we will need:
1. Completed application get your application from the Office at E1, 1533 Merchant Street!
2. Photo ID
3. Proof of income for the last 30 days
4. $50 money order (application fee) This does get applied to your deposit upon approval!
