Bluestem Apartments are move-in ready! We offer newly updated and spacious floor plans for you to choose from. We are conveniently located off I-35 & the Burlingame exit. We are located just a short distance from ESU, & a wide variety of restaurants.

1 Bedroom: $441/month $200 deposit (500 Sq. Ft)
2 Bed/1 Bath: $525/month $200 deposit (700 Sq. Ft)
2 Bed/1 Bath: $560/month $200 deposit (800 Sq. Ft)
Application necessities:
Completed application
Photo ID of all adults
Proof of income for the last 30 days
Our $50 application fee goes towards your deposit upon approval!
