I have just moved to Austin, Texas and I am in need of an affordable living arrangement, that is located in or near the Austin, Texas area.
I am specifically looking for a place that doesn't require a long-term commitment or a binding long term contract as of right now.
If it turns out to be the right fit for me, I will then consider more of a long-term commitment down the road.
My price range right now is somewhere between $300-$500 dollars a month and can either pay weekly or monthly. I am very cleanly, organized and extremely easy going. I am an animal lover so if you have a dog or other kinds of pets, I don't mind that and if needed I can help their owner with them. I do have a small allergy to cats though, so I'd prefer a place that doesn't have a cat living there.
I am super driven, goal oriented and am more than willing to do house like duties such as deep cleaning the house when needed, mowing lawns if there is a yard and even doing maintenance work on appliances inside the house. I also can cook pretty well, so there's that as well.
