This is probably one of the largest three bedroom apartments available to UNI students. There is a large eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a refrigerator with an ice maker. There are hardwood floors in the living room and all three bedrooms. There are two floors to this apartment. A large living room with 10 foot ceilings, a bedroom, and the kitchen on the first floor. On the second floor are two bedrooms, a foyer, and a bathroom. All of the bedrooms have large closets, and one even has a walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer available for tenants use that requires no money. There is off-street parking and snow removal and lawn care that are provided. The lease extends from June 1, 2023 until May 31, 2024. NO PETS and NO SMOKERS is our policy. This is an allergy free building. The rent is $360 per person per month.
