Gateway Market is within walking distance a few blocks away where they provide a trendy place to dine in, or take out a variety of organic, natural and specialty foods pleasing to the palate. The building is locked and secure with off street parking. Landlord pays heat, water and garbage pickup. Tenant pays the electric. The building is cable ready and has a newwasher/dryer facility on the main floor. The wood work is good.
The efficiency has a new full size refrigerator, newer stove, and a through the wall air conditioner. Its a nice apartment very clean quiet inexpensive place for one person to live. Apartment is basement level with little or no noise from tenant living above or on either side. The building very quiet and it has to stay that way.Please NO party people. . . . many of the tenants work during the day and must have their right to a peaceful domicile.
