Must have verifiable employment history of at least 6 months with minimum monthly take home income of $2,000 to be verified with paystubs at the time of showing.
Must have previous verifiable rental history with no evictions and proof of paying rent for 12 months by check.
Must be willing to sign a 12 month lease.
