if you like all utilities included with rent and on site maintenance, this is not bad at all, but it will go up with minimal notice when the lease is over by as much as $200 and will demand extra security deposit at least $100. dont expect they will go month to month after one year or negotiate anything when new lease agreements are given. landlord can be nice and then turn on you later on if not impressed by demands.
also water gets through the east front door during heavy rains.
