The basement is finished, with washer dryer for $910.00 a month or washer dryer hookups for $880.00 a month . The tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. We pay for the water, sewer and garbage. There is a security deposit required equal to the monthly rent. We allow cats and most dogs . There is an additional security deposit required for pets. we require good credit and back ground checks also have a income requirement you must meet, pets must be under 35lbs. No section 8
