I'm renting out an extra room I have on my 2b2b apartment preferably to a F. This a private room with across the hall private bathroom, I stay in the master room that has my own private bathroom. You will have access to all the General area, I'm a 38 y/o M works long hours 6 days a week and I take a vacation every month so the apartment will probably be mostly for you.
