Our community is just a short drive away from prominent shopping and dining. Greystone Farms Reserve is a gated community with many upscale amenities such as a huge fitness center (including cardio machines with individual cardio theatres, cable weights, free weights, etc.), a gorgeous sparkling pool, a playground, a car care facility, billiards room, two tanning beds, a laundry facility and a business center equipped with a resident media lounge. For the grill master, we have included grilling pads throughout the property to use and store your grill.
We have just the home for you! Our prices start at $1025/month for a one bedroom apartment home, $1215/month for a two bedroom apartment home, or $1405/month for a three bedroom apartment home. Your rent includes 24 hour emergency maintenance, pest control, local alarm, waste disposal, and recycling.
We are built in the tradition of the area’s finest homes! All of our apartment homes include all of the elegant touches of a custom home such as: granite style countertops, custom cabinets, crown molding, chair railing, wiring for network capability, and metro wood flooring at the entrance and kitchen areas. Finally, all of our homes are total electric with Good Cent’s Energy Efficient heat pumps.
We love Spot and Fluffy! We are a pet friendly community here at Greystone Farms Reserve and we welcome pets up to 50 pounds and we have a pet park for dogs to enjoy! Our monthly pet rent is $20 per pet and non-refundable fee is $400 . Breed and additional restrictions apply-see Management for details.
Our PAID WAIT LIST makes it easy! We offer a Paid Wait List if you have a need for a particular floor plan in the future. With a $100 deposit and application, you will be notified when the floor plan you choose is available in your time frame. You will have first choice before we offer the apartment to anyone else. If you lease with us, we will place the $100 toward your security deposit. If not, you may stay on the list for another apartment, or if you change your mind, we will refund your deposit. Best of all, you may choose two sister Greystone properties as second and third choice. It’s that easy!
You’ll love our exclusive GreyCard! Being a resident with Greystone Farms Reserve allows you to take advantage of the GreyCard – our Resident Discount Program! The GreyCard is exclusively for our residents to receive valuable deals, discounts, and specials from a number of local and regional partners. Residents can begin receiving their discounts by simply presenting the GreyCard to any of the participating business partners.
