For rent we have a unique opportunity: an in-law suite basement apartment in a nice community in Ranger next to Carter’s Lake. The apartment is fully self contained with a private entrance. The apartment features a full kitchen with island and beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
Monthly rent is $1250 and deposit is $1250. Rent includes utilities (water and electric).
A clean criminal background check is required.
Lease term is 1 year.
No pets are allowed and no smoking, candles, or burning of incense is allowed.
A few things to be aware of:
-This apartment is located on a mountain, so some of the roads are a little steep and cell phone service can be spotty at times. Roads can be slippery, especially if it snows or is icy, and utility outages can sometimes take a little time to resolve.
-Since this unit is located on the lower level of a home, you should expect some noise from above, such as footsteps, etc.
-The deck space is shared.
-Parking is a designated space on a parking pad. The apartment has 1 parking space only. There is no additional parking available (such as curbside parking) for more than 1 vehicle at any time.
-You are responsible for taking your trash to the garbage dumpsters located near the front gates of the community.
-Internet/tv are not available so you will need to use your cell phone as a hotspot or a mobile wireless hotspot from your cell phone carrier
-For purposes of receiving mail or packages you will need a P.O. Box.
