Hey everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Enclave (3000 SW 35th Place Gainesville, FL) from Whenever (as soon as possible) - July 31! This is a private bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in closet in a 4x4 apartment with three other girls. Enclave is less than a 15 minutes by bicycle from the UF campus and has a pool, gym, and study room. The apartment is fully furnished and has an in-unit washer and dryer. I will pay the transfer fee which is 300$. Parking is for free.
Rent is $674 plus utilities which average around 50-60$, message me if you are interested or want more details!
