Sebring Resort is nowhere to reside

Off 17 n there is a tiny mobile home community that should be avoided at all costs. How they haven't been shut down yet is beyond me. All the apartments and trailers are infested with vermin, bugs, mosquitos, gnats and ants and roaches. There is black mold present, some places have leaking or weak roofs or ceilings. The electrical isn't up to date. The sewer and plumbing situation is extremely out dated the pipes so old they are clogged nearly halfway to all the way with dried up waste to the point water that's dirty and smells like sewage backs up in tubs and sinks even. It's so bad an auger has to be used to drill out the pipes. And company refuses to do so. Instead you're assaulted with continuous smell of raw rotten sewage sometimes straight human waste going directly on ground under the homes. Walls and floor structures have holes and in some cases the bathroom floors are so weak from water damages from the plumbing that tubs and toilets have gone thru the floor. There used to be amenities now there aren't any. Yet management refuses to amend leases or reduce lot rent. Evictions happen all the time usually not for reason stated; often times the papers delivered for notices of evictions have wrong addresses and apartment numbers, completely wrong and out dated leases. Harassment happens all the time towards the tenants from physical threats or to slander, lies, discrimination, and breaking of tenant/management privacy by the manager sharing with others the fate and plight of the tenants such as how far behind on rent they are, when they are getting evicted or how much they pay. False notices from code enforcement has been issued. Possessions stolen from people that were evicted by locking everything inside and not allowing tenants to reclaim items. The manager has spread rumors and lies creating defamation of character. She's been caught pillaging thru mailboxes even stealing mail. She has favorites and allows them to do as they wish while punishing others. Then she has called DCF on families before for false claims as well as animal control. There's lots more going on but the bottom line is this no matter your age, income level, past or current health problems or issues no one deserves to be treated with bad humor, disrespect, lies and slander. We are all humans and we all have the potential to at any time fall on hard times and compassion goes a long way even when having to necessarily evict someone. And yes there is proof and evidence for all this. Plus she hires unlicensed workers to repair buil and maintain the units even giving them free rentals. It's disgusting just stay away.
