Hello! Looking to have someone start a new lease at our house. We will be moving to MA at the end of March for my fiancés job placement. Our house is just a few blocks from Tropic Isles Elementary and North Fort Myers High School. The home is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with kitchen, dining room and back mud room. Fenced in home. We will be leaving our washer and dryer here for whomever lives here (it did not come with one when we moved in) we rent from Home Hunters USA. The home owner would like: First, Last and Security Deposit of $1,600 each. I can send photos if you would like of the home to get an idea. No Animals allowed!
