$500 + 1/2 off app & admin fees for any unit leased in January
We have 2 units that are available today 1/11. They are both 2-bedroom 2 bath unit with upgraded flooring, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. These units are $1395 which includes water, sewer, trash, and pest control. We do charge a $50 app fee per person and $200 admin fee per unit due at the time of applying. If denied for any reason, the admin fee is refundable. If approved, your security deposit could be as little as $300. If you are approved we will waive 1/2 of the admin & app fees. We also have several units coming available from now until February, If you lease any of these units during the month of January we will apply the 1/2 off discount to your account as well as take $500 off January rent.
