This is a unique situation, where a married couple is seeking to share their furnished house with a single neat individual or a couple with no more than one child. This arrangement is for those that have no pets, non smoking, gainfully employed, good credit history, no drug users, no criminal record, and share our values. The renters would have their own furnished bedroom and a bathroom. They would have access to a kitchen, dining room and living room combined, sun porch, hot tub, internet, washer and dryer, fenced in back yard and parking for one car. There is no storage available. The house is located in Pensacola in a safe and quite neighborhood. The utilities will be shared when the owners are in residence and totally paid by renter when they are absent.
