While the living space is clean and fully functional the outdoor space is what sets this home apart. There are both front and rear decks/patios with several "nooks" for casual seating around the beautifully landscaped property. You can enjoy an unobstructed view of the beach and beautiful sunsets from either the covered patio or the Adirondack chairs along the break-wall. There are two grills; one is charcoal and the other is propane (renters bring their own tank).
While the home is fantastic for hosting friends and family, this will absolutely not be a party house. This is our home. We expect people to enjoy their stay but treat the home and neighbors with the upmost respect. If you would like to discuss the specifics of this I would be happy to do so. Sorry, but no pets are permitted.
