New construction house available for the off season
We have a beautiful 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house fully furnished house in Millville, DE. We ask no other furniture is brought in. There is a master bedroom on the first floor and 4 additional bedrooms on the second. There is a living room on first floor and a very large loft on second floor. The house also has an flex room in the front of house that has a desk which is perfect for remote working. This is available from October- May. It is $2500 a month and includes all utilities. We do ask for an added 1 month deposit and $300 cleaning for the end of stay. This house is in a great neighborhood that does have a gym as well. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sorry but no pets and no smoking allowed in premises. It is in a new construction area as well.
