Beyond the dining room, is the large kitchen with a washer/dryer hook up, and a pantry; all with linoleum flooring. Upstairs is home to the full bathroom, as well as the 3 bedrooms; one small one, one medium one, and one large one. There is a spacious backyard that is shared with the neighboring tenants. The rent is $1220 per month, and the tenant is responsible for payment of all the basic utilities: Gas (heat), electric, water, and sewer (billed on the water bill). I require 1st months rent, a 1 month security deposit, and 1 year lease; no exceptions. No indoor smoking.
