Our beautiful property sits on 17 well-groomed acres of land right in mid-town Fort Collins. Equipped with a heated outdoor pool, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and plenty of walking paths and green space Aspenleaf Apartments have a lot to offer! Plus, we are nearby many restaurants and shopping areas as well as a short walk to both the Transfort and Max bus stops.
All of our apartments have central A/C and forced central heat. Here at Aspenleaf water, trash and sewer are included with the rent. Residents are responsible for electric and gas. One of the great aspects of our apartment homes is the double pane windows in all of our apartments. They really help to keep the price down of the utilities that our residents are responsible for paying. We have 15 buildings on our property and they require key access, meaning they are secured buildings, and the only people allowed to have building keys are the individuals on the lease. Parking is free for all our residents, and there is no limit to the amount of vehicles one can have. This is nice for visitors, friends and family. There is plenty of parking for our residents being that our property is on 17 acres. Although there are no washer and dryer hookups, we do have laundry rooms in each building. They're located on the garden level, so this means residents do not have to walk to another building to do their laundry and collect their mail. The washer and dryer machines are operated by reloadable cards, and the machine to reload the cards are located in the leasing office, which is open 7 days a week!
