Washington/Willow Furnished Garden Apartment
This apartment is located in Fayetteville's oldest historic district. It is in a four plex, with separate entrances for each apartment. It is completely furnished with all of the amenities. It is within walking distance of the University of Arkansas, The Walton Arts Center, the historic Fayetteville square, and farmer's market. It is also walking distance to all city, state, and federal courts, and the Dickson Street entertainment district's many fine restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries.
The apartment is freshly renovated. It has tile floors throughout, and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed complete with bedding. The bathroom has a rain shower, and includes fluffy white towels. The apartment has appliances (stove and oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer, garbage disposal). It also has a lovely enclosed deck with outdoor furniture. Private parking is included as well as utilities , however, you would need to supply your own internet, cable, or WIFI. We do not allow pets or smoking.
