vacant lot in pine bluff. 100$ to park trailer there

hello there i have a vacant lot in PINE BLUFF. i heard its a really good area lol sigh.
so there is a nice vacant lot available.
this property is by the tyson chicken farm.
i am looking to rent it out for 100a month. u can park your trailer there/ mini home you must be able to upkeep the property make sure the vegetation does not take over, or the city will be knocking on your door.
also no trash or random cars on property i do not want the neighbors to complain.
we can write a contract stating that i allow u to park said vehicles there. you will not be kicked out of this place, i am the rightful owner.
this is great for a person that is trying to get back on there feet or a homeless person that can use a place to sleep at night without worry.
