If you are looking for a two bedroom two bath apartment with washer and dryer connections, we have a couple of beautiful ones that are freshly renovated and ready for immediate move-in!
The Two bedroom apartments all bills paid, only rent for $205 per week (if you are paid weekly), or $410 biweekly (if you are paid every two weeks). Standard monthly rental is only pay $650 Per month. (This is for a two bedroom Electric not included).
If all these different pricing options seem a little confusing, you’re not alone. Fox Creek Apts were the first upscale apartments in Texarkana to offer the all bills paid program. All bills paid at a nice apartment complex is a new concept for a lot of people. (Just keep reading). Some of our residents have been enjoying ABP for years. If you ask any of them how they like it, they will all say the same three words, “I love it”
We are located at 4303 County Avenue a couple of blocks behind the Arkansas side Wal-Mart Supercenter.

Our residents love living at Fox Creek because when something breaks we are on it fast. We have a great property manager and maintenance staff!

Fox Creek was built in the 80’s and is in the middle of a million dollar interior/exterior renovation. (Feel free to drive around our property and see what we are doing).
Does your apartment complex charge a separate water bill? If it does you need to move to Fox Creek!
We have two ways to pay your rent, pricing below:
Monthly or All Bills Paid:
1: Monthly- Rent is paid monthly, does not include electric.
2: ABP: Rent is due on payday: weekly, Bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly and all the utilities are included.
(Water, trash and sewer are included for all residents regardless of which plan they are on).
Internet is not included. It is available either through kinetic By Windstream or Sparklight our local cable company. 
Pricing for a Two Bedroom apartment:
Monthly $650 (Electric not included).
Or All Bills Paid:
Weekly: You get paid every week on the same day. (52 paychecks per year).
ABP- $205 per week, All Bills Paid
Bi-Weekly: You get paid every other week on the same day.
(26 paychecks per year).
ABP $410 All Bills Paid, every two weeks.
Semi-Monthly: You get paid on the same two days of the calendar each month.
(24 paychecks per year).
ABP $444 All Bills Paid, twice a month
Monthly: $888 all bills paid if you are paid monthly.
Pricing for a One Bedroom apartment:
Monthly: $550 (Electric not included)
Weekly: You get paid every week on the same day. (52 paychecks per year).
ABP $175 All Bills Paid
Bi-Weekly: You get paid the same day every other week: (26 paychecks per year).
ABP $350 All Bills Paid
Semi-Monthly: You get paid on the same two days of the calendar each month.
(24 paychecks per year).
ABP $379 All Bills Paid
Monthly all bills paid $758 if you are paid monthly.
Here’s how it works:
1. Give us a call and tell us about your rental history and other income qualifications.
2. Then come by our property and let us give you a tour and select a specific apartment that you want. Fill out the application and pay the $20 app fee.
3. Pay the deposit first. We accept either money order, or credit/debit card. Deposits start at $500.  You can hold an apartment with $200 and pay the rest when you move in. 
4. Once your deposit is paid we will schedule your move in on your next payday.
5. On move-in day you will pay your first payment, sign the lease, get the keys, and move in. It’s that simple!

One other thing,
If you work anywhere in the state of Arkansas, Fox Creek Apartments, or any of our sister properties on the Texas side, have one other advantage you need to know about.
Tax benefits:
If you work anywhere in the state of Arkansas your employer is required to deduct an extra 2 1/2% state income tax out of your check. However, Texarkana is a state line city with Texas, (that does not have a state income tax). Years ago Arkansas feared that the people living on the Arkansas side of Texarkana were going to all move to the Texas side to avoid paying the Arkansas state income tax. So the Arkansas Little Rock state legislature chose many years ago to grant all residents living inside the city limits of either Texarkana Arkansas or Texarkana Texas (two separate cities) an exemption from this tax. It is known locally as the state line exemption. So, if you work anywhere in Arkansas, and you live at one of our properties, your employer will not have to deduct the extra tax as all our properties are inside the city limits of Texarkana Texas/Arkansas and are exempt!

Backstory to the all bills paid program:
A little over three years ago we noticed that there are a lot of Tyson and Pilgrim employees living in Texarkana. They get paid weekly and make good money, usually around $500-600 a week yet they often struggle to keep a roof over their head.
Enter the All Bills Paid Program!
We decided to create a program that would be all bills paid and broken down so that they can pay their rent on their payday and everything would be included.
So if someone gets paid weekly, they just pay $205 a week for a two bedroom apartment or $175 for a one bedroom and everyone loves it (If you get paid every two weeks then you just have to double those numbers).
It has been a total success! Almost half the residents now are on the all bills paid program. Ask any one of them how they like it and they will all say the same three words: “I love it!”. Paying rent is also very easy you can drop off a money order on payday at our convenient drop box there at the office or you can call the office during business hours and pay your rent over the phone with a credit card, it only takes about 30 seconds.
