Have a 2 bedroom house, furnished and all bills paid. This is the only house I have. Am not in the rental business. Have the house to offer to someone who can and will help me with mostly yard work in season. Looking for A couple on fixed income who is just a general handymanyard person. Very little needed but that help allows me to stay on my little 3 acres instead of somewhere I don’t want to be. The rent is reduced to pay for the work done. A good deal for the right couple.
Fixed income usually means getting paid around the 1st. Of the month, which is a long ways off. Don’t let this stop you from calling if interested. No need to wait until the first.
