Applicant’s monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be verifiable - unverifiable income will not be considered.
Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life.
A criminal background check will be conducted on all applicants 18 years or older. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords, over the past five years.
Applicant may not have had any evictions or outstanding judgements from previous landlords.
