The apartment has been renovated and updated with a large new refrigerator. Prior to your occupancy it will be professionally cleaned; this has always been the standard. The locked laundry facility is within the building on the first floor a few steps from the front door. If repairs are needed, the handyman lives in the building and provides excellent, prompt, top-quality work.
GCI updated the internet connections in the entire building, making it one of the best-connected buildings in Anchorage (according to what the GCI employees told me).
There is a direct People Mover bus line going downtown and/or to the airport. The bus stops are mere steps from the condo building. It couldn't be easier to get around by mass transit if you'd prefer not to drive!
