I'm posting this due to being scammed and the house is trash. Look up the owner Snakes, rats and roaches are in the house septic is dug up and exposed. The back yard don't look to be mowed in years. He post old pictures of the house and there are holes that you can see the outside. This house needs demolished, its a true hole in the wall. Rat hole. Central heat and air don't work either
