$700 Great Floor Plan and Great Neighborhood

We are now taking applications for one of our clean, updated two bedroom home with two full bathrooms that is coming available to rent. The monthly rent is $700 each month. The home comes with a stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer, free on-site post office, swimming pool, basketball court, playground, and lighted/paved roads. Tenants are responsible for paying the electricity, water, and trash with Dothan Utilities and Cable TV/Internet from Comcast. Our lease is month to month, but we have tenants make Pointe South home for years! You must complete an application and pay an application fee of $30 , sign an authorization for a background check, provide rental history information, provide proof of income, have a valid Driver's License (ID does not qualify) and Social Security Card.
